By using tinywow.cc (the “Site”) and its services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Site and Services constitutes your express acknowledgment and agreement to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the Site or utilized via the Services. tinywow.cc reserves the absolute right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take appropriate action to remove or otherwise limit your usage of the Site and Services if you take action(s) that tinywow.cc deems to violate any law, regulation, contract, or these terms and conditions. Users agree not to use the Site and/or Services in any unlawful or improper manner, including but not limited to:
(a) Uploading, converting, or otherwise utilizing the Site and/or Services in relation to content that:

You agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer, or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Services, use of the Services or Site, or access to the Services or Site.
Currently, there are no fees associated or assessed for utilizing the Site or the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, tinywow.cc reserves the absolute right to begin charging fees for such services at any time for any reason.
tinywow.cc does not analyze any User Content uploaded through the Site and assumes no responsibility in connection therewith. You hereby assume full responsibility for the uploading and use of your User Content. tinywow.cc will use all reasonable efforts to remove all User Content uploaded to the Site or through the Services after the User Content has been processed (24 hour). You hereby acknowledge such removal and release tinywow.cc from any and all claims related thereto.
In addition, if for any reason tinywow.cc is unable to remove User Content within 1 hour, you hereby release tinywow.cc from any and all claims or damages related thereto. You upload all User Content at your own risk and agree that tinywow.cc is not responsible for the presence of said User Content on the Site, including potential access to said User Content by other third parties and/or other users.
tinywow.cc does not retain or collect personally identifiable information from User Content uploaded to the Site and, therefore, tinywow.cc makes no claims or representations regarding the security and privacy of User Content uploaded to the Site. tinywow.cc may retain Content and may disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce applicable laws or governmental requests, enforce these Terms of Service, respond to claims that any Content infringes on the rights of third parties, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of tinywow.cc, its users, and the public.
Service Content, Software, and Trademarks: You acknowledge and agree that the Site and Services may contain content or features (“Service Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by tinywow.cc.
Third-Party Material: Under no circumstances will tinywow.cc be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including Users), including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that tinywow.cc does not have any duty to pre-screen content, but tinywow.cc and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, tinywow.cc and its designees will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed by tinywow.cc, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. TINYWOW.CC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SITE AND SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
